Hello, lovely souls! I’m Aisha. I graduated from the University of Washington Bothell with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and am currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience at the University of Washington (hoping to start Winter 2027 or Fall 2027).

I am currently rotating in the Ahmed lab. I’ve always been fascinated by the human brain, and I hope that one day I can be part of research focused on making the human brain more resilient. I have this dream of one day being able to replace neurons without disrupting the pathways they have created or erasing the history and experiences stored within our brains.

Outside of school, I love rock climbing, backpacking, and hiking. I recently started biking and swimming as well - to spend more time with my teenage brother.
